Apple Pie. Yes those are the two words that come to mind when I think about Sadie on the day of her Bat Mitzvah. From the moment she arrived at Rodef her grin was ear to ear and the joy was literally radiating from her AND her family. You can’t help but to share in the excitement and take in the happiness. I just couldn’t stop photographing her because each image made me smile. After the service the family and guests took a bus over to The Spinnaker in Sausalito where Bill Manson, the Event Manager, and a family friend had every little detail meticulously perfect with balloons by Balloons by Design (not just a few but a TON) adorning the entire setting. And can we talk about the VIEWS….seriously?? The entire room is surrounded by breathtaking views of the San Francisco Bay with sail boats, tug boats, and yes, paddle boarders and kayakers! Majestic. The party themed, Charlie & The Chocolate Factory was of course just perfect for the ‘sweetest’ girl in the world. As the kids licked lollipops and dove deep into the candy bar, the adults were literally spoiled rotten with food OVER the top by of course the chefs at The Spinnaker. The food just kept coming out…and I’m talking some TREATS…of course I had to photograph the food because as everyone knows I LOVE photographing food!! The day just kept rolling and the everyone adults & kids were having a blast thanks to Andrew with Level up Entertainment who kept the room a rockin! I could go on and on. This certainly was a fantastic day and I enjoyed every minute of it. I LOVE photographing Mitzvahs!!
